MY FREE RAMBLING THOUGHTS
Ah, the winds dropped down, so the ever vigilant forest service held a prescribed burn. So while it was a nice day, the huge smoke plumes of smoke visible from my house, and just about everywhere else in town. I had read about the burn on the web and in the local paper. Still, seeing that huge amount of smoke makes one nervous. The entire town was ‘hazy’, even though the forest service said they determined this was a good day to keep smoke out of the town. I guess there is a difference between ‘smoke’ and ‘haze’. But the ‘haze’ does smell like smoke and burns your eyes when outside.
President Obama showed us a copy of his real birth certificate with hopes of stopping the circus that is taking people’s minds off the real problems in our country. Even this is not going to stop the crazies. Donnie Trump, ringmaster de jour, says it is a good first step, but now wants to know how he was a poor student yet ended up in Harvard. I wish these crazies would be exposed for what they are…sore losers with racist tendencies. Conspiracy Theories are part of our country. We like to speculate when there is a ‘black swan’ moment. Roswell? JFK assassination? 9/11? And now, How did Obama become President? Lots of books are written. Lot of money is made. Somehow I find this particular conspiracy theory is different. The President should not have to stoop to this theory.

One man has officially won The Windsor Knot’s royal wedding mania title by willingly paying £1,000 to submit to six hours in a dentist’s chair in order to have the famous duo emblazoned on his choppers. (The prize? Ridicule!)
British plumber Barmy Baz Franks, 29, got a dentist to use ultrafine brushes and stencils to paint images of the smiling royals. The temporary ivory art – known as “gnasher tats” – will last roughly three months, depending on how much Barmy Baz Franks brushes. “I’ve done some unusual dental cosmetics in my time, but this was certainly one of the strangest,” said the dentist, Dr. Neil Gerrard,in an interview with Small World News Service.
The patient says he was just doing his part to help celebrate the April 29 nuptials. “I love the royal family and this was my way of lending my support to their big day,” said Franks.
