Today’s Thoughts

Chilly morning is warming up nicely.

The Broncos beat the Bills in the last few seconds.

I am happy the Supreme Court addressed Ethic Rules brought to light by the American citizens. I am not happy that the ‘rules’ of the SC did not put any procedures to investigate or punish wrong doers. I respect the SC but they are not above scrutiny.

Interesting: Texas A&M has fired the Head football coach. The coach now gets $77 million for the broken contract. What a Golden Parachute.

Enjoy

Words pronounced differently in the North and South States…

Pen©Provided by ALot.com

You'd think there wouldn't be discord on what seems to be an easy word. Southerners have one of two ways to pronounce the word, either as 'pin' or like 'pyen.' The North and other regions typically pronounce it just like it should be, as 'pen.'

Random Trivia…

Dancing in the Dark©pinterest

To many of us, the tango comes across as one of the classiest and most elegant styles of ballroom dancing. I mean, if you're anything like me, the name itself conjures up an image of two dark and glamorous strangers pulling graceful moves in a dimly-lit, exotic club. But the origins of the dance are not exactly classy.

In the early days, the tango was often used by Argentinian intimacy-industry professionals in order to seduce men into becoming clients.
