My Rambling Thoughts

Quiet Sunday. Nice day for a short walk.

Sunday morning news shows gave good info on the virus. All about precautions. Southwest airlines sent me an email. They are taking precautions also. I fly them to Denver and back in a few weeks. I'm ready to fly, just have to wait for the right days.

I failed at trying to do my newspaper hold for my trip this morning. At the newspaper, the long voice menu said they were open 8a-12N on Sunday, but when I tried, they said 'please call back during our business hours'. The paper website will not let do vacation hold that is longer than 2 weeks. So I'll try again tomorrow. I succeeded in doing the mail hold, but have to drop off the form at the PO as instructed by the local supervisor. They can't read the hold from the USPS website. Strange.

The Best Meme for International Women's Day:
FEMALE
FE=Iron
MALE=Man
Therefore She is an IronMan.

Today’s Puzzle
Answer at the bottom of the page

Crime Scene: A large wooden box was built with one door. The door was locked from the inside, and then nailed shut from the inside. The police break into the room. In the middle of the room there is a dead man hanging from the ceiling, with his shoes 3 feet off the ground. The only other thing in the room is a hammer lying in a puddle of water. Can you explain what happened?
