My Rambling Thoughts

Monsoon continues…this has been one wet season. Clouds look like another storm this afternoon.

About 20 years ago I bought a CD-AM-FM radio. Lately it has been really acting up. On-Off only worked occasionally. Volume would be low when turned off and then blasting when turned back on. Turning down the volume would actually change the station on the radio. Crazy. So, after dealing with this for several months I headed out to get a new one. Success at Best Buy. I would have bought one with only one station, NPR’s local KNAU, but they don’t make those.

Living in AZ during ‘election season’ is always a pain. One thing I’ve noticed is that those running for Senate and House and for state offices run ads about ‘Build the Wall’, but the ads don’t say what party they represent…always just paid for ‘The committee to elect X’ Hmmm. Seems like neither Dems or Reps, or Green, or Libertarian want to know just yet what party they are registered for.

WOW! Apple just became the first company in history to reach the one trillion-dollar mark. Apple has many great products and has certainly changed the way we get information. Not a big fan of their prices recently, but they are great products.
