TODAY’s “Geez”: 1949 - West begins Berlin Airlift to get supplies around Soviet blockade

Free Rambling Thoughts…
A little more rain today…nice!
Gas prices going down a little….nice!
I guess Newt thinks that we have forgotten his political mess….NOT. Maybe the Republicans are just going to give up on the 2012 Election. It would seem to me that the GOP has no leadership. Back in the day, the leadership would have convinced him not to run. But they would have had Trump a non-news story too. Maybe the decline in education funding has them believing that not teaching social studies is good for America.

A woman meant to call a record store, but dialed the wrong number and got a private home instead.
"Do you have 'Eyes of Blue' and 'A Love Supreme?'" she asked.
"Well, no," answered the puzzled homeowner. "But I have a wife and nine children."
"Is that a record?" the caller inquired, puzzled in her turn.
"I don't think so," replied the man, "but it's as close as I want to get."
