Heat wave
continues.
Our retirement
group met for lunch…Mary, Mike, Faith, and I had a great meal at one of our
favorites…Fat Olives. Good conversation, good food. Faith and Andy are headed
for a cruise to Alaska at the end of the month. Mike and Mary will be heading to
Mary’s beach house also at the end of the month.
My parents
were married on June 10, 1939. They had 54 happy years together and are still
missed today.
The FBI is
facing a $1 billion lawsuit for their handling of the gymnastic scandal. About
a dozen female gymnasts filed the suit. A sad page for sports that can not be
swept under the rug.
Looks like
the Bronco’s are now owned by one of the Walmart heirs. Wonder what will change.
