My Rambling Thoughts
Weatherman says winter ‘is on the way’. Heard that already this year. He sez that we will get rain today and by mid-morning we will have up to 3” of snow. It is January, I checked the calendar twice, then I checked to be sure we were still in the Northern Hemisphere. Rain @ 7000’ in January, really?

I don’t watch award shows, but, thanks to social media, I did get to see Oprah’s full speech from last night. Riveting. Not too sure about the buzz of her running in 2020. The US already elected 45 with no experience with any elected office. Not ready for that again, no matter how well she talks.

Two friends stopped by, just as I was sitting down to my beef and noodles comfort food last night. They joined in and it was a good meal, along with great conversation.

Disclaimer: All opinions are mine…feel free to agree or disagree.
All ‘data’ info is from the internet sites and is usually checked with at least one other source, but I have learned that every site contains mistakes and sadly once the information is out there, many sites simply copy it and is therefore difficult to verify. Also for events occurring before the Gregorian calendar was adopted [1582] the dates may not be totally accurate.
