Cats are one of the top threats to US wildlife including; birds, mice, shrews, voles, squirrels and rabbits. The domestic cat's killer instinct has been well documented on many islands around the world. It is estimated that cats have contributed to the extinction of 33 different species globally.

About two hundred feral cats prowl the park at Disneyland, doing their part to control rodents.

My Rambling Thoughts

I’m a tad confused. Political parties let anyone announce that they are running for President, and other offices. Seldom does an incumbent have to have primaries to keep the seat. However, it has happened in the past. Now as several Republicans are challenging the sitting President for a primary, several state GOPs, including AZ, are deciding to not hold a primary for the Presidential ticket. It is their choice for sure, but it smells funny.

It’s another fine day here in our mountain town, warm, fresh, and beautiful after yesterday’s rain showers.
