My Rambling Thoughts
Nice quiet Sunday. Caught up on the news with the Sunday news programs. If the commercials are correct, the world as we know it will end on Nov. 7 when the winners are announced. They say the AZ governor’s race is close, the AZ Senate race is closer. If the Dems win, on Nov. 7 there will be hordes of illegals crossing the unprotected border and we will go bankrupt helping the poor. If the Republicans win, our healthcare will disappear, paychecks will decrease, all abortions will be illegal, and everyone will be standing in food lines. Such hogwash is getting tiresome.

My annual ‘Christmas is in December’ rant is starting. It isn’t even Halloween and already almost every store has up their Christmas decorations. I was raised Christian (Episcopalian) and I get that Christmas is a big holiday for the devout. I just don’t think truly religious people want to celebrate the birth for 3 months of decorations, false sales, and commercialism gone awry. I also feel that it is inappropriate to push Christmas with so many in this country not Christian. Living a Christian life is fine, just don’t make others do it.
