My Rambling Thoughts

Cloudy sky, occasional rain, fast melting of my gigantic icicles. Looks like it will rain most of today and tomorrow. Any snow will be melted by the rain as this storm continues. Thus sayeth the weatherman.

During the Thanksgiving storm I am now learning that the heavy snow damaged city snowplows. Some overheated, some lost radiators, some broke the blade, and many had ‘blown’ hydraulics. I knew from the little I snowed it was heavy, so this just confirms my truth.

Today’s hearing is interesting. I’m only watching bits and pieces, but it’s nice to hear constitutional scholars give their opinions, even when they respectfully disagree with their fellow scholars.

I headed out in the rain to do my weekly Sam’s visit. Maybe it was the rain, or maybe the Christmas spirit, but I bought much more than I had planned to. So many goodies at nice prices.
