My Sometimes-Long-Winded Thoughts

Wow! Summer heat is here with no moisture in the picture.

Boris Johnson is out. Guess it was too hot for him.

Japan’s former leader, Abe is assassinated at a political rally where he was stumping for other candidates. Japanese are in shock.

Brittney Griner pleaded guilty to drug charges, hoping it will give her a lighter sentence. Time will tell.

While is disagree with Justice Kavanaugh’s decisions, that is no reason he can’t have dinner at a restaurant without having to sneak out the back door to avoid protesters.

Justice is slow, but Derek Chauvin finally sentenced for the Federal Crime of violating George Floyd’s civil rights. That’s another 21 years in Federal Prison.

AZ’s lame duck governor just made AZ the number 1 spot for school vouchers: the new law allows any child to get tuition dollars to attend any private school, online curriculum, or tutors with no need for any accountability. He has been anti-public education his entire tenure. This is just his last slam. Sad for the children of AZ, sad for the taxpayers.
