My Sometimes-Long-Winded Thoughts

A little cloudy. Hoping the clouds lift before 4p for a Dark Sky presentation at Buffalo Park. A little hard to look into the sky when there are clouds.

I had lunch with Andy and Faith. Had a great lunch at a local Japanese restaurant, good conversation. Nice time.

Putin call up 300,000 for military. Now there are demonstrations, arrests, and more problems for the leader. Thousands are leaving Russia for neighboring countries. I had a great adventure on the Trans-Siberian RR and met some very nice people. I hope this all works out for their benefit.
