1. So let me get this
straight, there is no cure for a virus that can be killed by sanitizer and hand
soap?

My Rambling Thoughts
It looks like more wonderful rain today. It rained a
lot last night. Much needed in the forest.
Cleaned up my office this morning. Wiped down my
computer, desk, remotes, TV, windowsill, table, and just about everything else.
Rearranged a few things. Kept me busy for over an hour. And it is a small
bedroom.
Trump has been sounding much better about giving us updates
on the virus. It is hear to stay. Wear a mask, social distance, etc. I would
prefer a plan, but for now, this is OK.
Cohen was put back in prison because he was going to
write a book. Really? He appealed and the judge made it clear to the
Administration that they were messing with his first amendment right and he was
again released. Good deal.
The AZ governor expects schools to open on time but
said guidance about Covid safety will not be about until school has been in
session for two to three weeks. Hardly a plan.
For the foreseeable future the Football team in DC
will be known as the Washington Football Team. Until they pick a new mascot,
the franchise will lose millions. Not many fans want a jersey that says: ‘Football
Team’.
I started at Red Lake Day School when it opened grades
6-8. After a couple of years, the board voted to change the name to Tonalea
School…the Navajo name of the area. It took us over 2 years and lots of forms,
letters, and hard work to get the DC office to accept the name change. It only
took the Chapter to get the name Red Lake Chapter to Tonalea Chapter approved
by the Navajo Council. Name changes are difficult.
