My Sometimes-Long-Winded Thoughts

Nice spring day. Doors and windows open to let in the fresh air. It’s been a busy day. Dr. appt went well with another phlebotomy on Monday. All good

I worked on updating the Focus site. I’m adding a page of ‘memories’. Ellie will soon be asking all Focus Travelers to send a short memory of their most memorable adventure with Focus. When I get some, I will add the page to the website.

I am still enjoying my memories of French Polynesia. I’m working on a video, I have flashes of the water, the people, the food, etc. It is nice.

I know that Ukraine is still happening. I just can’t spend too much time listening. Kinda selfish, but it can be so depressing.
