LOVE Quote
There's an
evolutionary imperative why we give a crap about our family and friends. And
there's an evolutionary imperative why we don't give a crap about anybody else.
If we loved all people indiscriminately, we couldn't function.
David Foster
Random
Tidbits
Anacondas aren't like the typical snake for
plenty of reasons, including the fact that they can grow up to 30 feet in
length and can weigh up to 550 pounds.
Another noteworthy difference? Unlike most
other kinds of snakes, anacondas don't lay eggs but instead deliver live
babies. They birth up to 40 snakes at a time, each around two feet long.

My
Rambling Thoughts
My
ophthalmologist really likes his toys. Check up was all good. He has a new
machine, which of course I got to try out, and a new software program he and
his staff are still learning so it took a little longer than expected. He has
been my eye doc for some 25 years and is still working to stay on top of the
latest gadgets. He was my first doc to send out text messages to remind me of
my appointment. With his new software he as a new system of reminders that
still needs to be set up.
Thankfully
the ship in Hong Kong Harbor that was quarantined has been released after 5
days as no one tested positive for Conornavirus. They thought they would be
there 14 days. However:
The
Princess cruise anchored off shore near Japan continues to be quarantined.
Latest from Princess is that passengers will get a full refund for a free trip
in the future, 90 min shifts out of your room, regular temperature checks, free
WIFI and phones, expanded TV and free movies, games, puzzles, and other
distractions. This cruise was to end on Feb. 4, but quarantined passengers just
started another 14 day one.
