My Rambling Thoughts

High pressure remains. Great day for a walk.

Last night I got a call from Frank, Laura’s dad. He was letting me know that he just talked to Richard and Laura and the Cat 4 hurricane Delta is only going to bring them lots of rain. We had a good conversation…Austin and his wife are expecting a baby in January. Chicago family is doing well. Elise is teaching remotely. The kids are doing remote too. I got a text from Richard this morning that they got about 2.5” of rain, no damage, still raining. Guess that is all good.

Awaiting the debate between Pence and Harris. Hoping for a better outcome than the first Presidential debate.

A recent study showed that there is about 15-1/2 tons of microplastic on the seabed around the world. In 20 years, it is predicted that microplastic in the ocean will weigh more than all the living beings in the ocean. Scary!

As the west coast fires continue to burn they have now consumed 4million acres of forest, homes, and businesses.

I picked up my CPAP stuff this morning. They are the most incompetent business around. I ordered the supplies last week and they were going to call. I called Monday at 9am and they had no order in process and said to call back on Wednesday. I asked when the supplies arrived…get this…Monday at 10:30a.
