My
Rambling Thoughts
I got a call
yesterday that saddened me. A friend lost his 41-year-old son to a heart
attack. Both father and son are well-known artists in the US. I have known the
dad over 40 years, and the son all his life. They traveled together to many art
shows. Jr. was becoming as well-known as his father in the past few years. Just got a call that the funeral will be Friday.
One never knows when their time is up.
Finally got all
my tax info, I hope, and took them in to my tax preparer. Should know soon how
I came out. Not holding my breath. Can’t complain ‘cause I am living a good
life, but I do get upset about Medicare cost rises. Just doesn’t seem right.
My new internet is
nice. It is noticeably faster, especially for Netflix.

All ‘data’ info is from the internet
sites and is usually checked with at least one other source, but I have learned
that every site contains mistakes and sadly once the information is out there,
many sites simply copy it and is therefore difficult to verify. Also for events
occurring before the Gregorian calendar was adopted [1582] the dates may not be
totally accurate.
