My Rambling Thoughts
This is what happened yesterday:
Our first snow, about 1”, is one for the record books…2nd latest first snowfall. It started with rain, turned to snow, and then blew out. Nice to wake to some snow, but nowhere near enough for our dry forest. And no more moisture is in the 10-day forecast.
Our retirement group got together as Cheryl had some routine maintenance on her vehicle. Great lunch and good conversation that lasted till nearly 2pm. I held off on my weekly shopping until today.
On to today:
While there was no rain or snow last night, it did get chilly. Headed out early to do some shopping and car windows were still covered with ice. I guess I wasn’t the only one who skipped shopping yesterday as the grocery store parking lot was full…at 9am.
