My Rambling Thoughts

The discussion group went well. I learned a lot. Russia has a long history of feeling that they are not respected for their greatness. The current Putin regime is simply using that deep held historical belief. However; with falling energy prices, Russia is not doing well economically. So, much of their threat is just words.

There is a nice breeze, bringing down our hot temps. Yeah!

Wrist is healing well. Hoping I lose the brace after my Tuesday morning appointment. Then I can start using both hands again.

All ‘data’ info is from the internet sites and is usually checked with at least one other source, but I have learned that every site contains mistakes and sadly once the information is out there, many sites simply copy it and is therefore difficult to verify. Also for events occurring before the Gregorian calendar was adopted [1582] the dates may not be totally accurate.
