My
Sometimes-Long-Winded Thoughts
A nice
winter day…After a walk through the neighborhood, I hopped in my vehicle to
check out the drive to the County Courthouse downtown. I may have to do jury
duty there on Tuesday. I needed to check out the possible parking in the area.
I hate downtown parking as there are no lots or structures and street parking
is a mess. I get free parking for jury duty but finding a spot will be a
challenge at 8a on Tuesday.
I had read
that all the snow at the Olympics was man-made snow. I was happily surprised when
I watched some snowboarding where it was snowing. Then the next day it was snowing
at the downhill events. For me, the snowstorms add to the challenge.
Arizona became
a state on Valentine’s Day 1912. Time to celebrate.
