My Rambling Thoughts

Spring has arrived. Nice day, nice walk, window in office open wide. What could make it better? The end of the Covid-19.

Sec. Of Education, Devos, has DACA students barred from emergency aid. Seems a little harsh.

I'm confused: The virus is not that bad and we need to open businesses soon. It is so dangerous we have to ban all immigration for 60 days. AND McConnell says that states who need more money should declare bankruptcy, rather than get more Federal money, but big corporations need another $500 billion to stay solvent. Sounds like trying to have it both ways.

A positive from the world-wide pandemic: Pictures from around the world show that the earth is healing. I'm seeing beautiful pictures without smog ruining the view. Nice!

Flag has a great bus service called Mountain Line. It has 9 routes around town with a bus at a stop every 15 minutes during the day and every half hour after 5pm and it runs from 6am-10p every day. Yesterday they announced that an employee had tested positive. They further announced that anyone who rode a bus from April 1 to April 20 should watch for symptoms of Covid19 for the next two weeks. Also that all drivers will be wearing masks and customers will have to tear off their own transfer tickets. It's a good plan, but would have been better if they had said if it was a driver from a certain route.
