The military offered top high school
and college culturally diverse musicians to play with the military band at a
concert. The chance of a lifetime for many of the students. After they were
notified and had begun practicing, Trump issued an Executive Order against
anything DEI and the military concert was cancelled. 60 Minutes took the task,
contacted students and retired military band members. 60 Minutes flew them all
DC and let them give their concert. It was on the Mar. 16 program. It was
awesome.
