Another chilly morning. Fall
has arrived.
I had my first PT appointment
today. It was great. I learned a lot and have several stretching exercises before
my next session on Friday. She believes my issue has to do with tight muscles in
that leg…especially the hamstring. Good news.
Just a word to the wise: The
new Speaker of the House in DC was a leader in the ‘Stop the Steal’ movement in
the House. Let’s see if he has changed.
I had my wellness check for Medicare…even
with all my issues in the last few months I id well on the check. Seems like
every year there are more and more questions about how I am doing. I’m still
very positive for sure.
New winter parking
restrictions go into effect here: No street parking midnight to 7am, even if
there is no snow. It doesn’t end until Apr. 1. Not sure what the towing fee is.
Game 3 of World Series was 3-1
Rangers over the Dbacks. Series is now 2-1 Rangers.
A local pond that was named
for a conservationist suffered greatly from runoff, killing most of the fish a
year ago. The good new is that they have completed the clean-up and prevention
that this will happen again will begin today and should be completed by Nov. 7.
