My
Sometimes-Long-Winded Thoughts
No
monsoon yesterday. Today is looks very promising.
Phone
visit with my PCP. He is as confused as everyone about the CPAP issue. He did send
a fax to the sleep center so I can call and make an appointment. He also said
that his office is doing Moderna booster and I am eligible to get a booster.
And I can get my annual flu shot at the same time. They will call as they need
a list of 15 who can come in the same day. Each vial has 15 shot and only lasts
for 12 hours after the first shot. He said it will probably be next week. Nice!
Afghan
neighbors of the weekend drone bombing are saying the guy was a contractor,
working for the US and that he and several of his young kids were killed as the
drone blew up his vehicle as he pulled into his driveway. Sad. If true, heads
need to roll for that.
Ida
is causing lots of problems for many. In today’s world it is so difficult to
live without electricity in your city. It seems the Louisiana rebuilding after
Katrina made it less damaging. Good for them.
