My Rambling Thoughts

Yesterday was a busy day and then had lunch with some friends from the Rez.

Had a small panic attack this morning. Went to check my phone and it was dead, dead. Wouldn’t turn on, wouldn’t light up, wouldn’t do anything. It is iPhone 5 and has been great. When the Verizon store finally opened, I had a couple of hours to convince myself that buying a new phone wouldn’t be THAT bad. I got to the store soon after they opened and told the young lady my problem. I’m sure she must have finished middle school recently. She does all the stuff I did, and I am starting to accept that I need a new phone. Then she pushed 3 buttons simultaneously and hold them for about 20 seconds. Suddenly the little apple appears on the screen. She lets it turn on, I put in my password, and everything is right there. AMAZED and very relieved. And thankfully no need for a new phone quite yet.  She said it is a ‘soft reset’.

Got home to find out the I actually get to watch a Univ. of Colorado game live. Nice. It is tied at halftime, but with the cold, either team could win. Folsom Field looks very cold with all that snow on the field. Been there, done that while attending school there. Now it’s nice to be in a comfy recliner and a warm house. It wasn’t nice to watch the Buffs blow the entire 2^nd half. Still nice to watch a game live.
