My Rambling Thoughts

Chilly Sunday with mostly overcast sky. No precip is expected and very little snow melting. Thankfully the main roads are clear and most of the side roads are also clear. I assume that parking lots are clear…the business need to make it easy for shoppers.

Broncos are playing, but not on my TV, so it will be followed on the internet machine. Cardinals play this afternoon and I may watch that game.

Sunday morning news shows caught me up on the news. It’s always interesting to hear of a snowstorm anywhere near the East Coast or Midwest, like the storm in an anomaly that will paralyze the area, and never a mention of Flags snow on the National shows. Life in a small town, I guess. While Flag got almost 2 feet, the nearby San Francisco Peaks ski area got four + feet. Great for skiers, except that it was a very wet snow so it packed down quickly and I’m sure it is now rather icy on the slopes.

The week ahead gives me time to shop for Christmas while I await the arrival of my new bed. I’m ready for it to arrive.
