My Rambling Thoughts
Headed out to find a new pair of sneakers. The mall has 3 stores that sell men’s shoes. Couldn’t find anything I really liked. Guess I’ll try the west side of town. I wandered the Sears store as it is closing soon. Biggest surprise there was lots of furniture for the living room and mattresses. Never saw those at this Sears before. Didn’t buy anything.

On Friday I get the staples removed from my wrist surgery. Can’t wait. Pain was minimal after the operation and is now non-existent. Very tired to the bandage and packaging on my arm. Wearing long sleeves or a jacket with a wrist band make life too complicated. Only a few more days.

I think I’m going to find a course on Political Advertising to take. Who are these people who make the commercials that think the best way to get votes is to tear down your opponent and never talk about your ideas? My TV is filled with Vote for Me because my opponent is the devil incarnate. I also don’t get the commercials paid for by some other group that make one candidate, even if they are in office now, sound like they just came up from Hell to get votes. Give us a break. Tell voters what your beliefs are, what change you want to make, and let the voters decide. I believe that what democracy is all about.

My Rambling Thoughts
Cold rain over night. Any snow was gone before I got up.

Packed away most of my short sleeve shirts and brought out the long sleeve ones. Fall is here. Even though It is a Federal Holiday, so I'm not out to any stores today. I'm old school and believe that everyone should be able to celebrate a Federal Holiday.

Some people win and move on. Not so much for 45 as he continues his hateful speech regarding the Dems. Come on, we need to unite, not divide. I do my best not to listen to him anymore. He is not for building a great country, he is only happy after all his perceived enemies…anyone who disagrees…have been demolished. Sad!
