Have a laugh

What do you call a skeleton that makes you laugh?

A funny bone.

Trivia

Because tigers usually attack their prey from the side or rear, some people living in rural India wear masks on the back of their heads.

Over the past one hundred years, over 95 percent of the tiger population has disappeared, leaving just 5,000 tigers in the world today. Their population is still decreasing due to poaching and habitat loss.

My Sometimes-Long-Winded Thoughts

Another nice fall day…blue sky and no clouds.

I did two loads of laundry…getting ready for the week.

I was a fan of Chris Cuomo. I enjoyed his friendly banter with Don Lemon between their shows. I now get why other journalists don’t do that kind of banter.

Sorry to hear another icon has passed…Bob Dole at 98. I didn’t always like his political views but he worked hard to get consensus during his many years in Washington.

The AZ Cards beat the Bears. The Broncos game will be on my TV tonight as Sunday Night Football.

Marjorie Taylor Greene is a piece of work. Yesterday she reminded her constituents that more kids die of cancer than of Covid and we aren’t shutting schools for cancer. She didn’t mention that cancer is not contagious.

What happens when 2 vampires meet?

It was love at first bite!

Trivia

Tigers have killed more people than either lions or leopards. During the 19th century, tigers may have killed hundreds of thousands of people.

The Sundarbans swamp forest on the border of India and Bangladesh is the tiger-attack capital of the world. Approximately 600 Bengal tigers live there, and they kill up to 100 people each year.

My Sometimes-Long-Winded Thoughts

A nice blue sky on this great fall day.

Angela Merkel stepped down with a 70% approval rating after 16 years leading Germany and many believe leading the European Union. A great record.

Congress kicked the can down the road and extended government payments until Feb.

The parents of the shooter in Michigan are arrested after missing a court date and are now held on $500,000 bond each. They ‘disappeared’ just before the court date and took out $4000 from an ATM. I thought that every bank had limits on daily withdrawals from an ATM. Hmmm. Aggravated homicide is hard to prove, this looks like the case to try.

Focus Travelers are in Cairo. Thanks to those who are posting great shots. It brings back many memories of my trip.
