May be getting a storm. Overcast. Weather guy says first snow of the season tonight. He’s been wrong before. I finally got to watch a Broncos game on TV. Not a good game for them. The US will be doing a diplomatic boycott of the Beijing Olympics. Time for the IOC to step up. President Trump: “Anybody that doesn’t think there wasn’t Election Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election is either very stupid, or very corrupt.” Hmmm. English teachers recognize this use of double negative to make a positive. I guess Trump missed class that day.

My Sometimes-Long-Winded Thoughts

Another nice fall day…blue sky and no clouds. I did two loads of laundry…getting ready for the week. I was a fan of Chris Cuomo. I enjoyed his friendly banter with Don Lemon between their shows. I now get why other journalists don’t do that kind of banter. Sorry to hear another icon has passed…Bob Dole at 98. I didn’t always like his political views but he worked hard to get consensus during his many years in Washington. The AZ Cards beat the Bears. The Broncos game will be on my TV tonight as Sunday Night Football. Marjorie Taylor Greene is a piece of work. Yesterday she reminded her constituents that more kids die of cancer than of Covid and we aren’t shutting schools for cancer. She didn’t mention that cancer is not contagious.
