The lexicon portion of my brain seems to have taken a vacation yesterday. While I thought ‘fraternal’ sounded strange, nothing else kicked in. I was reminded today that I probably meant ‘paternal’ when speaking of my father’s side of the family. Thanks for reminding me that sometimes my fingers engage without the use of any deep structure I learned long ago.
Obama made another ‘change’ speech today. I am sure we will start hearing new slogans. This one was aimed at the “Financial Services Sector”. Today is the one year anniversary of the recognition of the financial crisis. He wants stronger rules so that it can’t happen again, and that are still happening today, due the laws of the previous administration. Good for him. He just keeps on bringin’ on the change. That’s why he was elected. Back in the day, many super conservatives used to yell “America, Love It or Leave It.” It is getting to be a time to turn the tables. President Obama is our elected President, and if super conservatives don’t like what he is doing—super conservatives can always leave. This won’t happen, I’m sure, because moderates and liberals know that this country was built of Freedom of Speech and dissent has always been part of our history. So, I will continue to be worn out listening to idiots who can’t even read the Health Care Bill. Now I can prepare to be worn out listening to idiots who think the financial sector is doing just fine.
The birds I feed seem to know that something is going to happen soon. While it was a nice day with a high of 73° the birds keep loading up on fuel. Today I had to fill my two suet baskets. I just filled them about a week and half ago. Last year I used one suet basket until the first frost, and only had to fill it in August. Then I filled it again in October.

Graziano Cecchini, 54, was convicted of disrupting bus services with his January 2008 stunt, which he described as a protest against dishonest politicians of all parties, ANSA reported.
Cecchini criticized the outcome of his trial, the Italian news agency said. “What sort of interruption of service could there possibly have been? The Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps) is a pedestrian area. There wasn’t any crime, only a pop-art event,” he said. Vittorio Sgarbi, a prominent Italian art critic and former culture chief of Milan, praised Cecchini’s effort, saying “anarchy is a typical feature of contemporary art.”
