The subtlety of nature is greater many times over

My Rambling Thoughts
Temps have dropped about 10°, guess fall is nearing. Still nice, but certainly noticeable.
Reminded on Bill Maher: There is a difference between bipartisan and bipolar. On a Sunday morning show: Americans should be counting their blessings that Mexico is our border neighbor. Look around the world and see what we could have gotten.
Looking forward to the Bronco’s game this afternoon…on my TV. Doesn’t happen a lot, but always nice when it does. Cards are trying, but…they are the Cards. WT*? Cards miss field goal, and Broncos are on the same station…so the OT wait begins. WOW! Cards recover and score FG. Where’s the Broncos? Don’t need no after game interviews! Crazy day...finally get the Bronco's game and now a game delay due to weather. Hmmm.
Got a play by play of Irma from a friend (colleague) in Florida. They are good now, no serious house damage, but they left for better weather and got a call that their home was fine, but no electricity. They lost lots of food. Glad they fared so well. It was hot and had no electricity for at least 3 days. Another friend, who has a son who works at DisneyWorld, sent pics of the place. When I was there soon after Epcot opened, everything was so ‘fake’. Many trees, many rocks, and some of the attractions seemed to be just stucco over chicken wire. Guess they upgraded as there was very little damage to the area…mostly real trees that were uprooted, or branches that littered the walkways and gardens. Glad to hear that.

Bizarre News
A man who was angry that his boyfriend ended their relationship, cut off his own fingers and then tried to frame his boyfriend with a crime, according to police in Wisconsin.
The Wood County Sheriff's Office said that they have arrested 21-year-old Damon J. Laru, after trying to set his former boyfriend on fire.
According to the police investigation, Laru and the victim were together for a period of time. When the victim decided to end the relationship, Laru became mad.
On Saturday Laru broke into the victim's home. Laru told the victim that he wanted to know why the relationship was ended. When the victim asked him to leave, Laru tried to set a bed on fire. He then pulled out a knife and cut the victim.
The suspect then bit the victim's finger.
The victim managed to flee from the home, and went to a neighbor's house to call the police. Laru then trashed the victim's home and used a knife to cut off his own fingers. Laru yelled that he would tell police that the victim did it to get him in trouble.
Laru later admitted to cutting off his own fingers to frame the victim.

Disclaimer: All opinions are mine…feel free to agree or disagree.
All ‘data’ info is from the internet sites and is usually checked with at least one other source, but I have learned that every site contains mistakes and sadly once the information is out there, many sites simply copy it and is therefore difficult to verify. Also for events occurring before the Gregorian calendar was adopted [1582] the dates may not be totally accurate.
