My Rambling Thoughts
Nice quiet Sunday. Finally got a haircut…the lady who cuts my hair wasn’t available until today. Crazy. Guess the holidays keep her busy. Well worth the wait. Cards lost but not a big deal cause no one was watching.
At the mall, where I get my haircut, I told Santa all I wanted for Christmas the return of real national and international news to every news channel in the US. When 45 is impeached, they can report that, but until then, no more speculating on any aspects of his reign. Report the news, his speeches, his edicts, his tweets, bills that have passed both houses of Congress. But no more having any discussion on what it might mean. As a citizen, I am smart enough to figure out most of it. News is still news. Commentary is not now, nor has it ever been news. I am tired of 5 minutes of news, 18 minutes of commercials, and the rest of every hour nothing but blithering commentators who make outrageous statements so they can have more airtime. Santa just smiled and asked if I had a more reasonable request.

Disclaimer: All opinions are mine…feel free to agree or disagree.
All ‘data’ info is from the internet sites and is usually checked with at least one other source, but I have learned that every site contains mistakes and sadly once the information is out there, many sites simply copy it and is therefore difficult to verify. Also for events occurring before the Gregorian calendar was adopted [1582] the dates may not be totally accurate.
