My Rambling Thoughts
Cleaning up the house as I am expecting visitors tomorrow who may or may not spend a few days, all depends on when they arrive. We worked together on the Rez and then they left to live/teach in Colorado. Now they are retired, so are returning to our beautiful area. Looking forward to a visit, no matter how long or short it is.
I have listened to the SOTU address every year for decades. Whether or not I agree with the President, I do want to know how he sees our country and how he plans to make it better. There seems to be a big push on FB to boycott the speech. I don’t get that, as how can you agree or disagree with plans if you don’t listen to see what they are. So I will bite my tongue, take my blood pressure meds and listen.
Shocked…my former US Rep, now a Rep. from another district, is known for his farthest right politics. Today he contacted the Capitol Police to arrest all undocumented who attend the SOTU address tonight. Insanity reigns. And shouldn’t he have called ICE?

Disclaimer: All opinions are mine…feel free to agree or disagree.
All ‘data’ info is from the internet sites and is usually checked with at least one other source, but I have learned that every site contains mistakes and sadly once the information is out there, many sites simply copy it and is therefore difficult to verify. Also for events occurring before the Gregorian calendar was adopted [1582] the dates may not be totally accurate.
