My Rambling Thoughts
Quiet day, Sunday news show were good. Life is better.

This morning about 11a my doorbell rang. There was a lady at the door, holding some flyers, a clipboard, and a pen. She introduced herself and said she was from the church, about 2 blocks away. She said her church had put together information on each city council candidate and each ballot measure. All I could think of was ‘I thought there was a separation of church and state’. I didn’t take her flyer and she left. I was so shocked that a church would send out parishioners on an election campaign. If this continues I may get involved in the movement to have churches pay taxes. I am fine with parishioners having their own beliefs, and with them supporting a candidate or ballot issue. I am not OK with using the church name, copy machine, and paper to spread their word.

Colorado Buffs game…amazing. Just happened to be on my TV live yesterday. What a game.

Cardinals must be thinking it is a warm up practice. They look bad today. Can’t get the Broncos on my TV, but the internet machine says they are ahead at the half.
