My Rambling Thoughts
Nice quiet Saturday. A tad windy for me. But I did enjoy the nice little rain storm early this morning. Guess I’ll do the County Fair tomorrow.  Busy making some beef jerky in the dehydrator after overnight marinade of Teriyaki sauce and hot sauce.

Even in death, John McCain is a statesman. Requesting so many from different political views to speak at his DC funeral. I also learned that McCain also knew that the Vietnamese history of his capture did not match his experience. Even so, he didn’t hold a grudge. Not sure I could be that magnanimous.  His lessons are being heard, I hope they are also learned by all.

About the Google hub-bub started by 45. He claims that Google is distorting information about him in its search algorithm. I’m not buying it. Google is not evil. It shows the most popular (most read) articles and websites. It is not Google’s fault that 45’s rants are not the most popular among people who use Google.

Disclaimer: All opinions are mine…feel free to agree or disagree.
All ‘data’ info is from the internet sites and is usually checked with at least one other source, but I have learned that every site contains mistakes and sadly once the information is out there, many sites simply copy it and is therefore difficult to verify. Also for events occurring before the Gregorian calendar was adopted [1582] the dates may not be totally accurate.
