National Youth Poet Laureate Amanda Gorman’s poem. One of my favorite lines was:
And the norms and notions
of what just is
Isn’t always just-ice
This young woman wrote an amazing poem and read it with such strength.
I had a phone appointment with my PCP. It went well, he is decreasing one
of my thyroid meds. All good. He could offer new info on getting the vaccine
here, but did say ‘with a new President, it should get easier very soon’.
