The world's biggest spider is the goliath spider (Theraphosa blondi). It can grow up to 11 inches wide, and its fangs are up to one inch long. It hunts frogs, lizards, mice, and even small snakes and young birds.

The world's smallest spider is the Patu marplesi. It is so small that 10 of them could fit on the end of a pencil.

Nice Fall Day. Took a short walk around the neighborhood.

Good to see President Clinton is finally out of the hospital and on the mend.

As more Haitians cross the border, we hear things are bad down there. Today it made the front pages of mass media: 1 Canadian and 16 American missionaries were kidnapped there. I hope this awakens many Americans to the reasons for the mass migration and that the US does more to help down there as well as help the migrants.

As prices keep raising, the government’s school lunch programs need funding to meet the daily requirements for children. The USDA just approved $1.5 billion to relieve the crunch.

Broncos playing Raiders in a close game so far.

Cards playing the Browns with the Cards starting off very well.
