Today’s Thoughts
Warm day. Nice!
I
got my flu shot this morning and get the new COVID on Thursday. Finally got my
Boarding pass for our cruise in Canada. Getting ready for sure.
After
negotiations, 5 Americans were released from Iran. The US had to unfreeze lots
of cash and free Iranians. The Americans
are back on American soil, however; 2 of the Iranians don’t want to return to
Iran…the others are still thinking about staying here. A tad ironic.
In 1971 I started working for the Bureau of Indian Affairs. A 35-year career. Nice.
This is also the day my father passed at 80 in 1994.He is still missed.
Enjoy

ATD
Known as the King of Pop Culture, Doug is not your average pooch. He’s
a New York Times best-selling
author (with “momager” Leslie Mosier) and social media star whose millions
of adoring fans follow his pizza-eating, world-traveling adventures on
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat. When he’s not chowing down, Doug
makes appearances on the Today show,
Billboard’s Hot 100 Festival and the CMT Music Awards. And Doug leaves celebs
starstruck too—he’s taken selfies with everyone from Justin Bieber to
the cast of The Big Bang Theory—but he still
loves a good nap more than anything.
Random Trivia…

America’s National School Lunch Program of 1946 was due to WWII.
This is due to the fact that the government realized by giving the children
free meals, they would have a healthier draft pool if they ever needed
it again.
