My
Rambling Thoughts
Great walk on
this exceptional spring day. Spring fever is here to stay for a while. While it
is a nice day, the wind keeps bringing in clouds and sending out the clouds.
Sadly, not dropping any moisture.
After my nice
walk, I flipped the mattress, something I do every 3 months. That leads to
washing the mattress pad, drying the pad, and clean linens. The flipping takes
all of 2 minutes, but over an hour for the rest. Crazy.
WTF? 48% of
adults get their news from Facebook. Here’s an idea…read a newspaper or watch
the news on TV. Both have more restrictions on how truthful their information
is. I have gotten tired of FB ‘friends’ who post outlandishly fake stories and
when confronted by me and others in the comment section do not remove the post.
Some even type ‘Really?’ in the comments. I have been told one or two of my
shared posts were fake. First I deleted the post, then I put up a new post apologizing
and stating I had shared a fake story. Very few do that. Even more scary is
people who just read a story, believe it and never know it is fake. Is Facebook
responsible for those people?
