My Rambling Thoughts
Woke up to a nice monsoon. Had to have the bedroom window closed last night because of the wind. More rain appears to be on the way.
While reading the morning news on the internet machine. Checked out the authenticity and all I can say is WOW. I am sick and tired of robocalls. I have tried blocking the number. Found out they just use a new number. I’ve tried just not answering. They keep coming. I’ve tried talking to them and demanding I be dropped from their call list. That works for a while, but suddenly the pitch changes a little and I’m back on. Now thanks to free enterprise and the need to drive people crazy, there is now technology that leaves a voicemail without ever having your phone ring. It magically just shows up as a new voicemail. This may be a good thing but I’ll have to get one of the calls/message before I am sold on it.
So glad our president is taking a long working vacation. Wonder if he is taking a vacation from Twitter?

All ‘data’ info is from the internet sites and is usually checked with at least one other source, but I have learned that every site contains mistakes and sadly once the information is out there, many sites simply copy it and is therefore difficult to verify. Also for events occurring before the Gregorian calendar was adopted [1582] the dates may not be totally accurate.
