My
Sometimes-Long-Winded Thoughts
I woke up to
a cold morning…6°…then I turned on my computer and saw how cold it was in the
Denver area…I got no complaints. By noon it was a blistering 25° in Flag. I’m
glad I don’t have to go anywhere today.
The
Washington Football team has finally announced their new mascot and name. They
will now be known as the Washington Commanders.
The internet was quick to point out their ‘nickname’ may or should be
the ‘Washington Commies’. That should not stick.
Another ISIS
leader is found and kills himself during raid. I find it interesting that the
media doesn’t tell us about these ‘leaders’ and their attacks before they are
captured and/or killed. The US gov’t also seems very tight lipped on the
identity of the leaders until they are captured and/or killed. Is it to keep
the leaders believing that no one knows who they are?
I don’t
watch The Masked Singer and I have no desire to start now. I do find it
strange and a tad creepy that Rudy Giuliani was one of the contestants. As they
say, ‘any press coverage is better than no press coverage.’
