It’s cloudy an d I’m hoping that the monsoon will start today.
The stiches from my port have finally fallen off.
Mary and Mike came up from Phoenix for the first time in months. We will
have lunch tomorrow.
I am so happy that the meds are working. Much of my gut has shrunk,
making it much easier to buckle my pants. I also have gotten a lot more energy.
I didn’t realize how much energy I had lost but now I am ready for anything.
This morning, I cleaned out the inside of my vehicle and washed the windows,
inside and out. I should give the vehicle a wash, but the monsoon will just mess
it up again.
The big beautiful bill is back in the House. My rep is far right, but I
still wrote his office to say I was not happy with the cuts to Medicare/Medicaid,
the ICE money they want, and the tax cuts
for the wealthy. Hopefully more of my neighbors did the same.
